Trish Palmer – Chief Executive Officer
With more than 30 years of office management and business support experience, Trish spearheads Palmer’s Security Solution’s day to day operations—human resources, payroll, taxes, financials, insurance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, company vehicles, and so much more. She also works hand in hand with Scott Palmer, the company’s COO, to manage and oversee all projects and schedules. Her impeccable attention to detail ensures a smooth work flow and secures client expectations are met—on time and on budget.
Scott Palmer – Chief Operating Officer
Scott Palmer is an expert in design and construction for all types of SCIF facilities — including mobile and modular systems. Scott has designed, built, and consulted on projects in the specialty SCIF market for more than 30 years and is well known in the community for delivering above and beyond what’s expected.
Michael Brislin – Vice President
Michael Brislin is Palmer’s Security Solutions Vice President. Michael has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) from Sullivan University and joined PSS in 2017. Michael is an energetic and driven Vice President with a strong emphasis on building client relationships, implementing sales growth strategies, and being a proven industry leader.
Joe Messina – Senior Project Manager
Joe Joined the PSS team in 2018. With over 30 years of professional construction experience ranging from residential to commercial and government contracting. With the last 10 years exclusively with GSA, NAVFAC and USACE. He brings exceptional construction knowledge with superior customer service and relations to the team.
Christopher Williams, PhD, AAP – IT Manager
Chris Williams has a 20 year track record of designing, implementing, administering and managing professional technical systems. He’s a dedicated I.T. veteran with a PhD in Physics Engineering and a Masters in Information Systems and Operations Management. Chris manages all aspects of Palmer’s Security Solution’s I.T. operations. From maintaining servers to supporting hardware, software, our team members and clients in our technologically-advanced office.
Teri is the Office Manager for Palmer’s Security Solutions. She has just a little over 2 years of experience in the office management field. With her excellent customer service skills and database management she is responsible for processing invoicing and payments and to ensure that Palmer’s Security Solutions daily operations runs smoothly.
Jamie Whitmer – Assistant Project Manager
Jamie Whitmer is an Assistant Project Manager for Palmer’s Security Solutions. Jamie joined PSS in 2018. Jamie provides direct support and oversight on all PSS projects. Jamie has excelled in project kick off’s and closeout needs to ensure timelines are met.
Arielle Welch – Assistant Project Manager
Arielle Welch is an Assistant Project Manager for Palmer’s Security Solutions. Arielle joined the PSS team in 2019 she is a Assistant project manager with a background in construction with years of administration. Arielle takes pride in working closely and effectively with the management team on aspects of each new project with professionalism and integrity.
James Bryant – Senior Superintendent
James joined PSS in 2018. James has overseen projects up to 800 openings. James has generated great teaming relationships with Holder, Walsh, and Gilbane Construction Firms.
Matthew Palmer – Superintendent
Matthew Palmer is our lead certified door installer along with certifications in LKM 7000 series locks, X-10 locking systems, a variety of vault doors, sound rated window, and radio frequency (RF) shielded door systems, products and installations.
Jessica Frye – Warehouse Manager
Jessica overseas the receipt, coordination, and site logistics with all PSS field team members and clients to ensure necessary products and materials are provided.
