Trish Palmer – Chief Executive Officer
With more than 30 years of office management and business support experience, Trish spearheads Palmer’s Security Solution’s day to day operations—human resources, payroll, taxes, financials, insurance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, company vehicles, and so much more. She also works hand in hand with Scott Palmer, the company’s COO, to manage and oversee all projects and schedules. Her impeccable attention to detail ensures a smooth work flow and secures client expectations are met—on time and on budget.
Scott Palmer – Chief Operating Officer
Scott Palmer is an expert in design and construction for all types of SCIF facilities — including mobile and modular systems. Scott has designed, built, and consulted on projects in the specialty SCIF market for more than 30 years and is well known in the community for delivering above and beyond what’s expected.
Matthew Palmer – Vice President
Matthew Palmer is our lead certified door installer along with certifications in LKM 7000 series locks, X-10 locking systems, a variety of vault doors, sound rated window, and radio frequency (RF) shielded door systems, products and installations.
Christopher Williams, PhD, AAP – IT Manager
Chris Williams has a 20 year track record of designing, implementing, administering and managing professional technical systems. He’s a dedicated I.T. veteran with a PhD in Physics Engineering and a Masters in Information Systems and Operations Management. Chris manages all aspects of Palmer’s Security Solution’s I.T. operations. From maintaining servers to supporting hardware, software, our team members and clients in our technologically-advanced office.
Devon Prutzman – Sales / Estimating
Devon joined the PSS team in 2020. With over 14 years of professional construction experience in doors, frames and hardware. He brings exceptional product knowledge along with great customer services.
Michael Davis – Project Manager
Michael, a JMU Alumni, brings a fresh, energetic, knowledge of logistics to the PSS team. His experience with project planning and management makes him a wonderful fit for our company. His ability to establish great client relations and excellent communication skills, make for a great future, not only for PSS, but also our clients.
Teri Shenk, Office Manager
Teri is the Office Manager for Palmer’s Security Solutions. She has just a little over 2 years of experience in the office management field. With her excellent customer service skills and database management she is responsible for processing invoicing and payments and to ensure that Palmer’s Security Solutions daily operations runs smoothly.
Lauren Hussion – Assistant Project Manager
Lauren joined PSS in 2019 as a warehouse technician. She has since been given the opportunity to join the Project Management Team as an Assistant Project Manager. She brings multiple years of experience in customer relations and project management. Lauren provides the necessary support to our management team to ensure we provide the best customer service to our clients.
Nadine Mullins – Assistant Project Manager
Nadine brings to Palmer’s Security Solutions 8 plus years in the construction industry as a Production Coordinator. Her team focused attitude and superior customer service skills will ensure our clients get the service they deserve.
James Bryant – Senior Superintendent
James joined PSS in 2018. James has overseen projects up to 800 openings. James has generated great teaming relationships with Holder, Walsh, and Gilbane Construction Firms.
Jessica Frye – Warehouse Manager
Jessica overseas the receipt, coordination, and site logistics with all PSS field team members and clients to ensure necessary products and materials are provided.
